All consultation and service fees paid to Kondell Business Services Inc. (“KBS”) are final once services have been rendered. Consultation fees are non-refundable after the session has begun. Clients who cancel within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment may be eligible for a partial refund, with a $25.00 deduction for scheduling inconvenience. Program or project fees are non-refundable once work has begun, before materials have been distributed. Refund eligibility for ongoing service packages will depend on project progress and contract terms. For refund requests or concerns, please email support@bookkbs.ca.
